This binder, for holding perforated sheets, comprises rings 7 each made of up of two jaws 8, 9 connected to an opening and closing mechanism 10 fixed to one large cover 3 of the case 1. The invention relates to a device which returns all the loose leaves to the same side of the rings 7 when the case 1 is closed, by making use of the hinge 6 between the spine 4 of this case and the cover 3. This device may consist of two pivoting parts 16 which are hinged on a rod 15 fitted to the spine 4 and whose ends form eyeholes 17 through which one of the rings 7 passes freely. When the case 1 is closed, the eyeholes 17 slide along the rings 7 and push the sheets over. <IMAGE>
