PURPOSE:To improve energy conversion efficiency considerably by rotating one member around the core of the other member through recovery force to return to prestored shape. CONSTITUTION:The wire 7R immersed in hot water of helical wire 7 composed of shape memory alloy is heated to return to prestored coil state. Said recovery force will produce contracting force in the wire 7R, while the helical wire 7L is under normal temperature, thereby recovery force is not produced. Consequently the arm 5 will slide in the through-hole 2 to produce counterclockwise rotary moment. Through said rotation, the helical wire 7L is immersed in hot water 8 to expost the wire 7R in the air. Consequently the arm 5 will produce clockwise rotary moment. In such a manner, vibration having one period of forward and reverse rotation will continue. |
