Power-industry slags and other solid waste materials are transported by pipelines in a heavy liquid which is a suspension of fly-ashes in water at a voluminal ratio of fly-ashes to water of from 1:6 to 1:1 at a volumetric proportion of up to 0.2 parts of slags and other solid waste materials per one part of the heavy liquid.
