PURPOSE:To lighten retention of precision of size, and to facilitate the assembling method of a tank by a method wherein the joint surface of a corrugated panel for cooling to the top and bottom frame bodies of the tank is pressed against the top and bottom frame bodies, and pressure molding is performed to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:An unprocessed corrugated panel 1 is sent in lapping and joining only by the necessary size to previously set flange 5 (a top frame body), a bottom board 8 (a bottom frame body). After sending is finished, the lapped part is welded, etc. to fix temporarily the flange 5, the bottom board 8 and the corrugated panel 1 according to welding, then the assembled members are rotated in the arrow mark direction drawing the corrugated panel 1, the corrugated panel 1 is pressed from topside as shown with an arrow mark, and is fixed temporarily according to welding. After temporarily fixing is finished, the joint part is welded to be fixed liquid-tightly. Work is repeated as much as the number of sides to assemble a tank. Accordingly, special work is unnecessitated, retention of precision of size is lightened, and moreover the assembling method can be facilitated. |
