The invention relates to a mast-foot arrangement for a sailboard. The mast-foot bottom part carrying a universal joint is inserted into a slide (13). The slide (13) is guided on a rail in a restrained manner and is displaceable parallel to the deck surface of the sailboard. A releasable positive coupling (14) is provided for fixing the slide (13) in relation to the rail which is connected via a driving part (15) to a foot-actuating member (11) arranged at a distance from the coupling (14). A remote actuation of the coupling (14) is thereby possible irrespective of the position of the slide (13). <IMAGE>
