CONTROL INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To transfer much data efficiently by transferring a DC signal on a signal line and transferring pulse control information coded on a common line. CONSTITUTION:The exchange unit 3 of a paging system is connected as a terminal device of a local exchange 1 by a subscriber line 2, and also connected to a module control unit 5 by a line 4a and a common line 4b. The line 4a consists of a talking line and a control line and a control signal supervising always the line is transferred directly for the control line without using a central controller 34. Further, the control information between the data transfer control circuit 33 and a data controller 501 is transferred on the common line 4b. That is, the control control signal requiring instantaneity is transferred directly on the control line of the line 4a and the lots of control information in common to all lines is transferred on the common line 4b. Then, the control information transfer efficiency is improved and the lots of data transfer is attained.
