PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization dispensing with a special space by detecting a leakage flux of a permanent magnet for driving a motor. CONSTITUTION:A yoke ring 8 of a rotor is provided with a slit at the position changed in the magnetizing direction of a permanent magnet so that a leakage flux 12 develops between adjacent magnets. The leakage flux 12 concentrates on a narrow range. A thin film conductive pattern 6 is provided for the leakage flux 12 on the side of a stator. Thus, a conductive pattern 6 and the leakage flux 12 are interlinked and a voltage pulse proportional to axial rotation is outputted from an open terminal 13 of the conductive pattern 6. |
