PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition resistant to discoloration and giving a coating film having excellent weather resistance and heat resistance, by compounding a phthalocyanine blue having a specific chemical structure to a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin is compounded with a pigment having the structure corresponding to copper phthalocyanine wherein 1-8 (preferably 1-4) hydrogen atoms of the benzene nucleus are substituted with chlorine atoms.
