PURPOSE:To decrease required driving force, by sealing noncompressible fluid in a sealed vessel so as to equalize pressures between a valve part and a driving part partitioned by a flexible film. CONSTITUTION:A proportional control valve part, comprising an orifice 2 and a needle shaped member 3, and propulsive internal and external threads 8, 9 for moving the needle shaped member 3 are fitted together in a part of a valve body 1, and the proportional control valve part is separated by a flexible film 4 from a motor driven part, mounting a rotor 11 of a motor to a shaft 13 of the external thread 9 to be contained in an enclosed vessel 14, then noncompressible fluid of antifreezing liquid or the like is filled in the enclosed vessel 14. If a fluid pressure is applied to the left of the flexible film 4, the film 4 is slightly flexed rightward, causing a pressure of the fluid filled in the enclosed vessel 14 to increase and the pressures in both sides of the flexible film 14 to balance, and the fluid pressure results to never act as the resistance when the needle shaped member 3 is moved to the left and the right. As a result, only less force, being required for turning the external thread 9, enables the thread to be sufficiently driven even if it is directly connected to the rotor 11 of the motor. |
