The invention relates to an accelerator pedal adjustment device for motor vehicles for the setting of a predetermined speed of the combustion engine built into the motor vehicles. The object of the invention is to create an accelerator pedal adjustment device which permits a remotely controllable, precise speed adjustment to combustion engines built into motor vehicles. According to the invention it is proposed that the adjustment device have a hollow profile section in which an inner profile section is arranged, which can be extended like a telescope out of one end of the hollow profile section, that the hollow profile section have a quick-fixing element fixable in the vehicle passenger compartment, that a retaining element fixable to the accelerator pedal be arranged on the extendable end of the inner profile section, and that an inner profile section adjustment member be arranged on the other end of the inner profile section.
