<p>PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a device even when it is encountered with a traffic accident or the like, by integrally forming the main unit of a pump device with a terminal box so as to simplify construction relating to the discharge device for a tank lorry. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 80, being inducted from a stator 78 in the motor part of a canned motor pump 46 and drawn out into a terminal chamber 86 neighboring to a liquid reservoir chamber 44 through a guide pipe 84 penetrating a T pipe 82 and a casing 36, is connected to a power supply cable of an external controller in this terminal chamber 86. Further in this case, insulating resin 88 is filled in an inducted part of the lead wire 80 and the T pipe 82, performing an anti-explosion process, while a seal member 90 and a seal sleeve 92 are interposed in the mounting part of a motor housing 50 to the casing 36. In such way, the power supply cable can be connected in the terminal box, accordingly the complicated wiring in the periphery of a pump device is omittd, thus the simplification of construction can be attained.</p> |
