PURPOSE:To attain the cause of the abnormality of a plant with a high precision, by selecting the operation of the plant which resolves the cause generating a forecasted plant state element and operating the plant on a basis of the selected operation. CONSTITUTION:For eample, the revolving shaft of a recirculating pump 4 which supplies cooling water to a core 2 is stuck to a bearing during the operation of a boiling water nuclear reactor plant. When the water level of the nuclear reactor becomes L7 just before L8 of rapid stop from normal L4, this state is displayed on a control board 20. Then, plant data is inputted to a CPU 18B and is subjected to A/D conversion. An abnormality decidng part decides whether plant data indicating an abnormality in inputted plant data is present or not; and if an abnormal value value exists, the operation of the plant which resolves the cause of the abnormality is selected by a processing program 27. Thus, the plant is operated on a basis of the selected operating method. |
