摘要 PURPOSE:To compensate a reactive power with high responsiveness by providing a reactive power detection value with which the detection value of a load reactive power is estimated and outputted, on the extension of two points, namely, an average reactive power detection value in the first half of a control cycle and the detection value at the time of said average reactive power detection value or after it. CONSTITUTION:A voltage input (v) has the phase converted by 90 deg. and is inputted to a multiplier 82 together with a load current input iL to output a signal (q). This signal (q) is inputted to a delay circuit 84, an adder 85, and a time division integrator 87, and the output of the circuit 84 is inputted to the adder 85. The output of the integrator 87 is inputted to a sample holding circuit 88, and outputs Q1 and Q2 of the adder 85 and the circuit 88 are inputted to an adder 86. These outputs are added by the adder 86 in a prescribed proportion to output QL. This output QL indicates the reactive power detection value with which the detection value of the load reactive power is estimated and outputted on the extension of the average reactive power detection value in the first half of the control cycle and the detection value at the time of this average reactive power detection value, and the waveform distortion of current consumption of a fluctuating load is compensated with a high responsiveness without error.
