PURPOSE:To enable the uniform baking of the top and the bottom surfaces of a fish paste product, by fixing a rotary shaft to the side of a flat frame having an inner opening of a specific shape, stuffing the opening with the raw material of fish paste product, and transferring the frame over a fire grate under rotation around said rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shaft 2 is attached to the side of the flat frame 1 having the inner opening A having specific shape, and the opening A is stuffed with the raw material 7 of fish paste product. The material 7 in the frame 1 is baked above the fire grate heated with gas or electricity while transferring the frame 1 under rotation around the rotary shaft 2. When the baking is completed, the material is taken out of the frame to obtain a flat fish paste product having the shape corresponding to that of the opening A. Both surfaces of the product can be baked uniformly to brown color by this process. Since the fish paste product has flat shape and both surfaces of the product is baked uniformly, the product is heated to the core part, and the storage life of the product can be extended remarkably without adding a preservative to the raw material. |
