PURPOSE:To speed up picture processing by composing a picture processor of four ports, and a data unit, memory unit, processor unit, linkage unit, and control unit. CONSTITUTION:The data unit 101 transfers picture data inputted from a port P1 to a port P2 and also supplies it to the processor unit 103 in parallel. The unit 103 calculates the product of the picture data transferred from the unit 101 and basic data read out of the memory unit 102. The linkage unit 104 adds the arithmetic result outputted from the unit 103 and further adds the result to picture processed data inputted from a port P3 to output the sum to a port P4. The port P4 selects the arithmetic result data from the unit 104 and outputs it to the outside. The control unit 106 generates commands necessary for the control and supplies them to respective ports and units. |
