<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the increase in electrical power consumption and the deterioration of wow and flutter while eliminating the thickness of a cpastan motor in the direction of its rotary shaft line, by setting the bearing part of the rotary shaft of the capstan motor concentrically into a hollow part inside a reel catch which is engaged with a reel hub. CONSTITUTION:A protruded part 17a of a motor substrate 17 is positioned within a supply reel stage from the lower side. A cylindrical shaft holding tube 27 is calked at an opening 25 of the part 17a and fixed to the substrate 17. The upper end part 27a of the tube 27 is stored into a hollow part 23a concentrically to a supply reel catch 23. For a motor M, a rotary ring 34, a permanent magnet 41, etc. constitute a rotor. While a stator is formed with a coil assembly body 42, etc. Thus the main body part of the motor M is obtained. The rotor revolves concentrically with the stage 22. As a result, the bearing length (l) is satisfactory by setting a bearing part containing a bearing 28 and a ball bearing 29 concentrically into the part 23a inside the catch 23. Thus it is possible to prevent the deterioration of power consumption, wow and flutter, etc, even if the motor M is formed with a flat bushless motor.</p> |
