PURPOSE:To make a press-cut shearing operation available of a pipe work of large inside diameter by synchronizing a travelling element of tool and a pipe work displacement, controlling so that an internal die may follow displacement of blade and setting preliminarily internal die and blade at a relative shearing position. CONSTITUTION:A blade holder servo-mechanism 24 is installed which positions, while travelling, a blade holder 18 for predetermined shearing length by means of an electric motor 22 and further, performs follow-up control while shearing, of a travelling element of the blade holder 18 following travel of a pipe work 14. Further, an internal die 44 can make reciprocating motions along the pipe work 14 from the side of a sheet metal work 11. Namely, a driving rod 45 is introduced into the pipe work 14 and its one end is fixed securely to the internal die 44 and the other end sticks out of the pipe work 14 onto the sheet metal work side 11 and a toothed rack 46 is connected to the projecting end, the rack being engaged with a pinion 47 which is rotated by an electric motor 48. Additionally, a internal die servo-mechanism 49 is installed which allows the internal die 44 to be followed with respect to the travelling element of the blade holder 18 through an electric motor 48. Thus, at the time of shearing of the pipe work 14, the internal die 44 is always located in the vicinity of blades 16, 17 and accordingly, even if a diameter of pipe work 14 is large, shearing operation is allowed by a press-cut method. |
