PURPOSE:To prevent the application of high loads on a rake by a method in which the rake is rotatably attached to the rake supporter in a horizontal axis turnable manner and the lower end of the rake is made up to press on a screen. CONSTITUTION:When a rake 40 is ready to rake up an excess of dregs 6, a spring box 34 and a truck 33 are pulled by a wire rope 45 and raised. Since the rake 40 is stopped by the dregs 6, the upper end portion 50 of the rake 40 is relatively moved to below the spring box 34, and then the rake 40 turns around a pin 41 and its lower end is moved to the direction of separating from a screen 5. If the size of the dregs 6 is within the height of the rake separated from the screen 5, the rake 40 can go over the dregs 6 and therefore, the application of excessive loads on the rake 40 can be prevented. |
