PURPOSE:To detect easily and exactly an inserting state of a lead connecting part for a stationary induction electric apparatus by using an acoustic emission (AE) sensor. CONSTITUTION: An AE quantity corresponding to an inserting quantity generate when a terminal 16 is inserted into a contact is detected by an AE sensor 19 formed by a piezoelectric element in the vicinity of a lead wire connecting part of a connecting terminal 16 of a tulip contact 8 of a lead wire connecting part for a stationary induction electric apparatus, and applied to an output meter 21 such as an electromagnetic oscillograph, etc. through an AE measuring device 20. On the other hand, a displacement of the inserting time of a multiple insulating barrier 18 of the movable side is detected by an electric displacement meter 22 such as a dial gauge, etc., and applied to the utput meter 21 through a strain meter 23. By length L, (l) of a characteristic curve of an inserting displacement quantity and an AE displacement quantity during the oscillatory wave time by AE based on a synchronizing input to this output meter 21, the inserting state of the lead connecting part can be detected easily and exactly without using an X-ray device, etc., even if it cannot be viewed from the outside. |
