PURPOSE:To obtain a perfectly hot dipped material by fluidizing and stirring a hot dipping bath by electromagnetic induction when a long-sized material is continuously hot dipped. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized material 1 coated with a flux is dipped in a hot dipping bath 2 by means of sinker rolls 3, 4, and it is pulled up through a drawer 5 as a hot dipped material 6. An electromagnetic induction device 7 is placed in the bath 2 in the vicinity of the material 1 to fluidize and stir the bath 2. By fluidizing and stirring the bath 2, residue of the flux sticking to the material 1 is thoroughly removed, and the cleaned surface of the material 1 reacts well with the bath 2, so a perfectly hot dipped material 6 is obtd. |
