PURPOSE:To obain such a quantity of air blow as optionally controlled among air supply ports by installing a damper for regulating air quantity rightward/ leftward onto the inside of a duct, which sends air blow to each of air supply ports that are provided in the middle and on both end parts of an instrument panel. CONSTITUTION:Air supply ports 5 to 8 are provided in the middle (right and left one each) and on both ends, right and left one each) of an instrument panel respectively, and respective air supply ports 5 to 8 are connected to a 3-way branch duct 4. And a damper 9 for regulating air quantity rightward/leftward, which is operated from the driver's seat by means of a known mechanism, is installed onto the branch point of said duct 4. At the time of operation, the air, which has been cooled or heated by a heat exchanger, flows into the 3-way branch duct 4 and is branched to said air supplying ports 5 to 8 to be blown out. By operating said damper 9 under this circumstance, the air quantity from the air supply ports 5 to 8 can be varied at will. |
