PURPOSE:To shorten the time of operation by a method in which a soil discharge port and a soil intake opening are formed in the upper and lower ends of upper and lower cylindrical casings in which a screw blade for lifting soil is incorporated, and a soil rake and an excavator are attached to the lower part of the device. CONSTITUTION:A lower support base 5 is held in a vertically movable manner on the downside of an upper support base 4 hung down by a wire rope 3. Upper and lower end openings 7a and 7b and a soil intake opening 7c are formed in the lower cylindrical casing 7 hung down from the base 5 in a turnable manner, and an excavator 17 is attached to the peripheral side. A lower end opening 13a and a soil discharge port 13b are formed in the upper cylindrical casing 13 supported on the base 4 in such a way as to position the opening 13a in the opening 7a, and a screw blade 14 for soil discharge, connected to the first rotary driver 15, is housed in the casings 7 and 13. A soil raker 20 is attached to the position corresponding to the opening 7c. The lifting and discharge of soil can thus be made continuously. |
