PURPOSE:To enable simple and perfect surface treatment of small parts by conveying small parts into feeder troughs by a vibration feeder and running a surface treating liquid in the feeder troughs. CONSTITUTION:Small parts 6 are supplied through a feed port 4 into a vibration trough cylindrical vessel 1 under application of oscillation by an excitor 8 so that the parts are forced to ascend in vibrator troughs 2. On the other hand, a treating liquid such as for plating or washing is fed through a feed port 7 into the troughs 2 where the liquid is run down to treat the parts 6 and is discharged through an outlet 3. The treating liquid is discharged to the outside through an overflow hole 5. The troughs 2 upper than the port 5 play the role of draining the liquid from the parts 6 by oscillation.
