A wild plant(Codonopsis lanceolata) was processed to give its beverage. Thus, Codonopsis lancelolate-peels were removed(1st process). The peeled and selected. C. lanceolate was freezed at-10≦̸C (2nd process). The frozen C. lanceolate was warmed at 60≦̸C for 8hr(3rd process). The resulting C. lanceolate(water content=82%) was treated with fructose(Brix 50) for 30 min. and treated again with fructose(Brix 70) for 30 min in boiling water(4th process). The resulting material was dried at 55-60≦̸C(water content=20%) and packed(5th procss). The packed material was sterilized at 100≦̸C for 14 min to give the product.
