PURPOSE:To improve vibration-proof property by hanging flexible arms from a rigid vibration-proof support table in one direction, and supporting a vibration control plate between the arms, the vibration control plate being provided with a fold portion parallel to the flexing direction of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A vibration-proof support structure includes arms 10, 12 fixed to a rigid vibration support table 6 giving degree of freedom in y direction, a top plate 10a, arms 10b and a vibration control plate mount portion 10c. The arms 10b are flexible in such a manner as to vibrate the vibration control plate 4, and the top plate 10a is clamped between the support table 6 and an apparatus 3 to fix the vibration control plate 4, so that the vibration control plate 4 is vibrated by the y direction flexion of the arms 10b, as indicated by a dotted line. The degree of freedom in x direction is given by providing the vibration control plate 4 with a fold portion 4a extended in the y direction, that is, parallel to the flexing direction of the arm 10. Accordingly, the vibration control plate 4 is given degree of freedom for enabling the flexion of z direction in two, x and y directions to effectively vibrate for controlling the vibration. |
