PURPOSE:To combine integrally a rein tube with a paper tube effectively by combining the borming process of the paper tube by a spiral tube winder with the process of the forming of the heat shrinkabe synthetic resin film-tube and the heat shrinking of said resin tube. CONSTITUTION:A specified plurality of paper strips 1 are delibered onto the spindle rotated by a motor 11 from a paper strip roll and are spirally wound on the spindle 10 in such a method that the side edges of each paper strip at least are mutually lapped, and simultaneously the polymeric surfaces thereof are stuck with roll tightening by a roll tightening roller 12, thereby forming a paper tube 2 continuously and simultaneously moving it forward along the spindle 10. The film 4 let off from a blank film roll 3 is wound around the paper tube 2 at a tube forming process B. Next, the polymeric surface is heat welded by a heat roll 15, and the tube 5 is formed. Further, the tube is heat-shrunk in a tunnel type heater 17 of a heat shrinking process C. |
