PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which can prevent a resin from being decomposed during molding under heating, by adding a phenolic antioxidant to an arom. polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. is obtd. by adding 0.01-0.40pts.wt. phenolic antioxidant (A) such as tris(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) isocyanurate to 100pts.wt. arom. polyester resin (B) [e.g. one obtd. by using 2,2-bis (4'-hydroxyphenyl) propane, etc. as bisphenol] having a logarithmic viscosity number of 0.2-2.0 and of the formula (wherein R<1>-R<6> are each H, halogen, a 1-10 C hydrocarbon group; X is a bivalent C1-C20 hydrocarbon group, O, S, SO2, CO; a is 0, 1 ; carbonyl groups on the aromatic ring are located at the positions meta and/or para with respect to each other ; n is a degree of polymn). By adding component B, the resin is prevented from being deteriorated during molding.
