PURPOSE:A thermoplastic resin composition excellent in weather resistance and impact resistance, obtained by adding a fatty acid amide compound to an ethylene/propylene rubber-based copolymer or a resin comprising this copolymer and an acrylonitrile/styrene copolymer. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene/propylene rubber is graft-copolymerized with an aromatic vinyl compound (e.g., styrene) or with both an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound (e.g., acrylonitrile). 0.1-10wt% Fatty acid amide compound is added to the above obtained binary or ternary graft copolymer, or a thermoplastic resin comprising this and an acrylonitrile/styrene copolymer to obtain the purpose termoplastic resin composition. Said fatty acid amide compound is one derived from a fatty acid and having the structure of the formula. Examples of these include stearamide and plamitamide.
