PURPOSE:To enable the combination of individual type air conditioners or terminal units of central type air conditioner, and make the unnecessity of a large air conditioning apparatus room and a large type air disposal installation, and the unnecessity of maintenance management annexed to said apparatus and installation by the operation of air ventilating disposal and waste heat recovery with a total heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An air in an indoor 18 is sucked into a main body 6 through a sucking port 12 with an indoor air blow-off blower 8, then discharged into the open air via an indoor air releasing port 15 and a releasing duct 17a after through a stational type total heat exchanger 7. The open air is introduced to the stational type total heat exchanger 7 with an indoor circulating blower 9 via an intake duct 17b and the open air intake port 16 from outside of a building, and heat-exchanged with the indoor air which is released to the open air in the stational type total heat exchanger, then blown-off into the indoor 18 after heat recovery from the indoor air blow-off port 14 via an air filter 10. Further, the indoor air is sucked into a main body 6 through the indoor air sucking port 12 with the indoor circulating blower 9, joined with the open air after heat exchanging in the stational type total heat exchanger 7, filtrated by passing through the air filter 10, then supplied into the indoor 18 from the indoor air blow-off port 14 under mixed condition with the open air. Thus, the air after disposing of heat recovery, ventilating and cleaning can be supplied into the indoor 18. |
