PURPOSE:To improve controllability, by adjusting ignition timing to a direction where an actual value N of an idling speed approaches a target value Nr in the case that a control input value exceeds a control range because of disturbance of connection load at idling. CONSTITUTION:According to deviation SA between an actual value N and a target value Nr of an idling speed as a control output value of an internal- combustion engine 12 as an object to be controlled, a drive pulse width PA for a control solenoid 3 of a VCM valve 2 for restricting bypass air flow is computed by a PI controller 13. The control solenoid 3 is operated according to the drive pulse width PA passing through a limiter 14, and the bypass air flow to be supplied to the internal-combustion engine 12 is adjusted. Whether or not an output from the limiter 14 is in the range between upper and lower limits is compared by a comparator 15, and according to the compared result, ignition timing is adjusted. Thus, controllability is improved. |
