PURPOSE:To extend the burning flame, to shorten the flame and to make it possible to apply the titled device to a package boiler, by outwardly extending the outer peripheral surface on the tip end side of a primary burner tile and injecting secondary air given with strong swirling along said surface. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of the primary burner tile 21 is throttled toward the bottom part, and the tip end surface is formed into a horizontal cylindrical shape. Furthermore, the outer peripheral surface on the tip end side of the primary burner tile 21 is formed into a conical shape having an angle extending outwardly. A secondary swirler 26 having a stationary turning vane is provided in a gap formed between the inner surface of a secondary burner tile 25 and the outer surface of the primary burner tile 21. This secondary swirler 26 gives strong swirling to the secondary air 27 and blows off the air 27 so that the flame outwardly extends toward the outer periphery. The flame advances to the tip end side of the primary burner 21, and is extended in the outer peripheral direction by the secondary air 27 which is receiving strong swirling by the secondary swirler 26 provided between the primary burner 21 and the secondary burner tile 25. Thus, the flame is supplied with the secondary air 27 in a sufficient amount to complete burning. |
