PURPOSE:To prepare a foamless disk by a method wherein resin is injected between a stamper 6 and a casting plate 8 having on one side a circular projection 10 encircling an opening 9 equipped in the center and producing foams are accumulated in the inner peripheral surface of the projection. CONSTITUTION:Ultravioletsetting resin 11 is injected from the opening 9 equipped in the center of a casting plate 8 between the casting plate 8 and a stamper 6. Then, foams 13 may be produced and are accumulated in the inner peripheral surface 10A of the circular projection 10 encircling the opening of the casting plate. Then, ultraviolet rays are irradiated through the ultraviolet permeable casting plate 8 to harden the resin. |
