发明名称 CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR MADE OF LAMINATED CERAMIC
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize small size and high precision by composing a crystal oscillator of a compound structure which has plural insulator layers and one dielectric layer and includes a resistance and a capacitor constituting the crystal oscillator, and crystal vibrators and active elements on its surface. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors and resistances are formed of a multilayered insulator blank sheet 20 and a dielectric blank sheet 21, conductor layers 26 provided on those sheets, and a resistor sheet piece 24. For example, a capacitor formation part 32 consists of the dielectric blank sheet 21 and conductor layers 26A and 26B formed as electrodes on the top and reverse surfaces of the sheet 21. In this compound structure, respective elements such as the resistance and capacitors are connected by connectors 31 formed to pierce the sheets. The crystal vibrator 14 and a transistor 15 are fitted on the uppermost or lowermost layer, i.e. the surface of the compound structure. Consequently, the small-sized, high- precision economical crystal oscillator is obtained.
