PURPOSE:To enhance the followup speed and accuracy in case of matching the speeds by using the speed control amplifier output in a speed control major loop of a master motor side as an acceleration/deceleration command in the major loop of a slave motor. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 9' of a slave motor side produces a deviation signal by comparing the output signal V7' of a speed control amplifier 7', similarly a detection acceleration/deceleration signal V8a' from an acceleration detector 8a' and further an output command signal V7 from a master motor side speed control amplifier 7, and supplies it to an acceleration/deceleration amplifier 8' as a reference signal of constant acceleration/deceleration signal. The responding time of the acceleration/deceleration control is generally faster by 2-10 times than that of the speed control loop. |
