PURPOSE:To stably and inexpensively obtain the secondary conductor by preparing a base material and a bonding material which form a reaction plate in a stretchable state without fixedly bonding, thereby preventing it from deforming. CONSTITUTION:A common flat plate secondary side 1 is disposed at the prescribed interval by two primary sides 2-1, 2-2 having 8 pole teeth 3. Exciting coils 4 are respectively formed on the teeth 3, and the secondary side position detector 8 is provided at the primary side,. A pole 5 is provided on a frame 7 of ladder-shaped copper is provided at the secondary side 1, a heat sink hole 6 is formed, thereby constructing a composite linear motor. When using as a linear pulse motor, the coils (a) and (e), a' and e' are connected in such a manner that the direction of the magnetic path is as an arrow. This group is used as the first phase, and pulse currents are sequentially flowed to the respective phases. Then, 1/4 secondary side 1 of the pitch of the pole 5 is moved rightward at every one phase. When using as an induction motor, the coils (a)-(h) are as the prescribed groups, and normal phase currents are supplied. |
