PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic bubble memory element which has the sufficient bubble driving power dispite the high density of a transfer pattern, by setting the film thickness of a soft ferromagnetic matter which forms the transfer pattern at an optimum and prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The film thickness (h) of a soft ferromagnetic matter is set within a 4,000-5,500Angstrom range when L<=6.75G is satisfied (L: cycle of a transfer pattern 1; G: gap between patterns). As a result, the bubble can be assuredly transferred despite the high density of the pattern 1. |
