发明名称 LOGICAL OPERATION CIRCUIT OF SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC FLUX QUANTUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To save energy of a device especially to save electric power by constituting the superconductive magnetic flux quantum by a pair of AC SQUIDs and an inductance circuit network. CONSTITUTION:Two AC SQUIDs SQ1, SQ2 have Josephson junction J1 and J2 of which characteristics are almost uniform. Almost equal magnetic flux phid is applied to respective SQUIDs as external magnetic flux. These SQUIDs are coupled with equivalent mutual inductance M. The coupling property suppresses the ignition of one SQUID when the other SQUID is in the ignited status. Fine input magnetic flux supplies fine input current epsilonI3 to the differential inductance circuit network IDL to apply differential fine input magnetic flux +epsilonphi3 and -epsilonphi3 to respective SQUIDs, so that which SQUID is to be ignited is controlled.
