PURPOSE:Pieces of sliced meat are placed, at a fixed point, on a dish which is rotating at a certain rate to prevent the sliced meat from being piled up under the meat-slicing cutter. CONSTITUTION:A dish 16 is placed on the disk 5 which is set on the top end of the rotating shaft 3 and rotating at a constant speed by handling the knob 14 to close the switch 15. Then the slicer is made to operate and slice the meat and the falling slices are placed on the dish 16 at a fixed position within area A. The dish moves, while the meat is sliced to form the next slice, and the next area A' comes to the original position of area A. Accordingly, the meat slices fall down on the dish within the initial area A and are radially placed on the dish 16 just like flower petals. |
