The invention relates to discharging implements capable of blowing or injecting, in a reciprocating or unilateral, constant, progressive and controlled manner, air or liquids into blocked pipes, the plunger not requiring to be withdrawn for its volume to be renewed. It consists of a biconical rubber bag surmounted by a handle, which may either be of solid wood when alternating pressures are to be applied, or a hollow handle 3 with an associated non-return valve 2 through which air may be drawn, when renewed unilateral pressure is to be applied. This plunger with a hollow handle 3 and a valve 2 converts immediately into a delivery pump by the addition of a complementary part.
