CONSTITUTION:Core yarn A from supply roller 1 is sent through guide pipe 2 to the point of doubling and the twisting 4 and another yarn mainly consisting of floating yarn, which is not still twisted excessively e.g., cotton yarn B1, and third crimping synthetic yarn B2 are paralleled and sent to the point of doubling and twisting 4 at a higher speed than that of yarn A as the floating yarn B. At this time, the floating yarn relaxes at irregular intervals to form horn-like projects ba around the core yarn A, thus forming the primarily twisted yarn C. The resulting yarn C is passed through hollow spindle 7 in the false twister and the primarly twisted yarn revolves while untwisted after the false twisting. When the horn projection Ba becomes perpendicular to the yarn during the untwisting, the pressing yarn D from bobbin 8 fitted to the hollow spindle 7 is wound around the primarily twisted yarn C to fix both floating yarn B and core yarn A, thus producing said fancy yarn. |
