PURPOSE:To prevent burning due to the influence of heat by laminating a low m.p. thermoplastic film and a high m.p. thermoplastic film and melting only the low m.p. film to adhere the film to a base material for a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm base material 12 molded to a prescribed shape is fitted to a holding and absorbing metal mold 15, a low m.p. thermoplastic film 13 and a high m.p. thermoplastic film 14 are laminated and the periphery of these films 13, 14 is held by a film holding frame 16. These films 13, 14 are heated at a temperature melting only the film 13 to melt only the film 13. Subsequently, the film holding frame 16 holding the films 13, 14 is moved to the metal mold 15 and air is sucked from a suction port 20 to adhere the films 13, 14 and the base material 12 and form the original 11a of a speaker diaphragm 11. Said method makes it possible to prevent burning and shorten a production time. |
