The invention relates to a paper clip. According to the invention it is basically formed from a hard synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride, and a movable arched member 20, a bottom plate 2 and a connection plate 3 are formed in one piece which may be extruded in its entirety, and the tip 4 of the movable member which engages the paper and the middle part 31 of the connection plate are formed in a soft synthetic resin such as a soft vinyl chloride.
