PURPOSE:To detect the expanding state of a sample accurately, to avoid errors due to personal difference, and to make it possible to perform automatic measurement, by picking up an image by a TV camera through the upper part of a load plate, observing the radius or diameter when the sample expands on a concentraic circle with the elapse of time, and measuring fluidity. CONSTITUTION:A reference disk 52, which is prepared in advance, is mounted on a fixed plate 1. A protruded part 53 is fixed to the lower part of the disk 52 and can be coupled tightly to an enclosing hole 4. Under the coupled state, the axial line of the disk 52 is aligned with the axial line of the enclosing hole 4. The image of the disk 52 is picked up by a TV camera 45 through a transparent load plate 6. The picked up image is stored in a memory provided in a processing circuit. In the memory, the picked up image is coded into binary values as a bit signal of a logic ''1'' or ''0'', which is subdivided in a row and column intersected at a right angle to each other, and stored. The processing circuit judges whether the content of the memory is the logic ''1'' or ''0'' and measures the length R1 of a straight line 59, which is in parallel with one diameter line 58 of the image 57 of the disk 52. |
