PURPOSE:To stabilize the vibration of a trough by ingeniously forming a counterweight in a vibration feeder comprising a trough and a counterweight to which a driving electromagnet is fixed, which are coupled by a driving plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A vibration feeder comprises an elongated trough 1 rectilinearly extended and a counterweight 4 formed of iron and disposed below the trough, which are coupled by a pair of front and rear inclined driving plate springs 15a, 15b. The counterweight 4 is supported on a fixed block 12 disposed below the counterweight 4 through a pair of front and rear inclined vibration proof springs 14a, 14b, and the counterweight 4 is equipped with a C-electromagnet 8. In this case, the counterweight 4 is formed in such a manner that a straight line connecting the center G1 of gravity of movable mass on the trough side to the center G2 of gravity of movable mass on the counterweight side is substantially parallel to the vibrating direction of the trough 1. |
