PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of always performing the core adjustment of a probe and moving the prove even along the bent object to be inspected, by arranging members each for performing the movement and core adjustment of the probe to the front and rear of said probe while connecting the moving members and the probe by a flexible connector. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic probe 1 is connected to a front probe core adjusting and probe moving member 8a and a rear probe core adjusting and probe moving member 8a by a flexible member which is, in turn, constituted by arranging a wire 10 as a center and a coil spring 6 surrounding said wire 10. Four arms 14 are respectively attached to a base plate 15 through pins 16 in a rotatable manner and a guide roller 9 and a pawl 12 are attached to each arm 14 while each pawl 12 are engaged with two brackets 13 moving by a motion shaft 17. These backets 13 are pressed to the side of an apparatus advancing direction by springs 6. The pressing force of each spring 6 presses each roller 9 to the inner surface of a pipe 1 through the pawl 12 and the arm 14 to adjust the core of the ultrasonic probe 1 so as to position the same on the central axis of the pipe 1. |
