<p>The coupling consists of two forked parts, and a centre cube hub. Each fork arm has pins, with collar sections to form a grooved part on each arm. The centre cube part has chamfered corners. The mast foot has a bush fitted in the sail-board. When an actuating ring just above the sail board is turned, a pin prevents the bush from moving. The unit is mounted in a rubber or plastics bush in the sail-board.</p> |
