<p>The machine, which is esp. suitable for prepn. of cooked ham, consists of a first cylinder, with periphery formed by an annular hermetic body, and elastic walls inflatable by applying fluid under pre-determined pressure to the interior, depending on the nature of the treatment. Also a second cylinder which turns in the opposite direction to the first and which has surface irregularities in the form of transverse ribs, the meat portions being fed into the nip between the two cylinders.</p> |
