Microwave detector in fin-type transmission line technology

In a microwave detector, which has two metallic casing halves which form a milled-in waveguide structure and which enclose a dielectric substrate with a metallisation applied in fin-type transmission line technology, the casing halves should consist of aluminium with galvanically oxidised surface. The ground connection of one part of the fin-type transmission line to the casing is established via a separate ground line.
