The pen using low-viscosity ink includes an ink-containing tube(10), sponge matter(4) which absorbs and contains ink by capillary action, a partitioning cylinder(5) with holes(9) (5b), to route an overflow of ink from the container, the other(9) to route the ink back, a space(6) to hold the overflown ink, a gap(7) between the main body and cylinder(5) which forms the route to exchange air and ink, an air ventilating tube(8) which is located in the center of the space(6) to keep the tube open.
