发明名称 POROUS CERAMIC FILTER BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 <p>A ceramic filter body provided with pores remedies the lack of substantially stable profiled bodies resisting to high temperatures and thermal shocks to filter metals, particularly iron and iron alloys. Said filter body has a temperature constancy of 1600<o>C as well as a linear expansion coefficient from 3 to 7 x 10<-6>/<o>C and is comprised of spherical grains of a refractory material homogeneously distributed and of a refractory binder which binds to the spherical grains by chemical reaction at a high temperature. A method for manufacturing such a filter body provides the mixing of grains of a refractory material with a pulverulent binder, the shaping thereof into a body provided with pores and the chemical transformation thereof while preserving the homogenous structure from a macroscopic point of view and the formation of new fireproof compounds by thermal treatment in the contact surface area.</p>
